Spirit Guide Oils
Natural
Magick Spirit Guide oils are made with reverence
and research to be pleasing devotional blends for
the animals or beings they are named for.I research legend and lore, and try to use oils
of plants that represent the guide, what it does
and what it smells like. The Natural
Magick process of using planetary and elemental
influences, correspondence, and high quality
ingredients is especially appropriate for invoking
the nature of your guide.
Anoint yourself to attune to your totem, or pour
into offering bowls or aromatherapy lamps, or
anoint statues or fetish objects.
These oils are not
made as fakey perfumes with marketable names.Fox really does smell wild and clever, Bear is
somber and impressive, Angel is ethereal and
bright, Dragon smells like smoke and scales.
Spirit Guide oils
are in beautiful round 1/2 ounce bottles, blended
in 100% jojoba oil, so with any care
they should last a very long time. They are priced
according to the ingredients most resembling the
guide so named.
Alien.
Spooky, strange and medicinal, Alien oil uses
essential oils correspondent to Pluto and Mercury.
Originally designed for a Halloween haunted house
tour, so it is startling and scary. I would be
reluctant to wear this one at bedtime, but of
course that is the time you are most likely to get
abducted, if you are really into that. $13
Bat.
Creatures of the night, Bats are often associated
with Vampyres, but this blend is dedicated to the
animal guide itself. Find your way in the dark,
astral travel, fly between the Worlds. Bat is also
a messenger totem. $13
Coyote.
Coyote is a trickster god affiliated with Native
American religions, and correspondent to other
trickster gods or mythological personalities in
stories worldwide. Coyote is mischievous,
intriguing and shadowy smelling, if you can imagine
that. $13
Dolphin.
Playful, blue-green, and serene, this oil is
devoted to one of the most engaging mammals in the
ocean. More humans are able to respect the
"personhood" of Dolphins than of any other animal.
More than any other animal, Dolphin is able to
interact with the verbal centers of human.
Therefore, Dolphins are potentially great
ambassadors for all other living beings in
negotiations with humans, a very weighty
responsibility for this favorite totem animal. $22
Angel.
Open your crown chakra with this oil to align and
communicate with Angels in general or your personal
guardian Angel. Heavenly, sweet and transcendant.
Angel oil contains real Champa flower essential
oil. $22
Bear.
Bear is a powerful native totem animal. This oil is
musky, earthy, rich and wild. $13
Butterfly.
Warm, bright, active and flowery, Butterfly is a
spirit guide for transformation, and especially
appropriate for late bloomers. Faeries and spirits
of the dead are said to ride the Butterfly. This
oil does have synthetic Frangipani oil in it. $15
Deer.
Deer would be a favorite totem for hunters, and the
shamanistic relationship between hunter and hunted
should be evident in this blend. Graceful and
elusive, Deer smells like deep forest. $14
Dragon.
Dragon oil is fierce, spicy, smokey, totally bold
and musky. This is a beast that protects property
and riches, and defends its territory and
interests. $17
Dragonfly.
I have several friends who have Dragonfly as a
spirit guide. This oil is shiny, bright, green and
sunny. Dragonfly is an ancient totem, a Watcher
since the early days of the Dinosaur. Dragonfly
would be an excellent totem for paleontologists,
archaeologists, or any who seek to bring ancient
knowledge to the present. $13
Gargoyle.
Gargoyles are emissaries of the Watchers. Some
people call them Wards. They watch whatever takes
place and if properly engaged, can become powerful
guardians of hearth, home, and public buildings.
Gargoyles report directly to the Librarian of
Akashic records, and so they would be sacred to
librarians and museum curators, record keepers of
any kind. This oil is earthy and smells like lichen
and rocks. Gargoyle is not appropriate for police
or other law enforcers because it does not include
enough active principle. However, many circles
include gargoyle duties to someone who does not
participate, but simple observes and defends.
Gargoyles rarely speak, even if spoken to. $19
Otter.
I have a friend named Otter, and this blend is made
for him. Elusive, feline, watery and playful, Otter
is loyal to friends & family while still
retaining a mischievous class clown nature. $13
Phoenix.
Ashes as well as the heavenward flight are included
in this blend. Phoenix often chooses to be spirit
guide for the human who has already gone through a
cycle of ruin and resurrection. The Phoenix-guided
human who has successfully navigated this pathway
has the potential to be a healer and savior to
others who face this challenge. In this way the
light of the Phoenix is passed along across
generations of humans. $15
Spider.
Spiders are totems of The Center, Spirit, the
Akashic force. Spider spins the web that connects
everything in the Universe, binding the four
Elements and the Silver Cord of Fate and Destiny.
Many Native peoples of North America call her
Grandmother, an ancestral goddess who is mother to
all species. $13
Unicorn.
The Unicorn is innocent, wise, and usually only
perceived in the memory. This oil contains
extremely rare ingredients which align with the
crown chakra and third eye, from where each of us
may have at least an etheric Unicorn horn. $22
Eagle.
High-flying and clear-sighted. Clary sage essential
oil provides the visual and truth-seeking feel to
this blend, Hyssop gives it purity, and Elemi gives
it loft. Clean and airy smelling, Eagle would be a
totem for seekers of truth, justice, and nobility. $12
Hawk.
This oil is similar to Eagle, but with more active
principal in it. Hawk is a favored totem, magical
name, and spirit guide, especially to followers of
Taliesin, the Welsh name for the wizard Merlin. $13
Jaguar.
I have a friend who has a Mayan Jaguar as a totem,
so this oil is dedicated to Mr. Jaguar. Jaguar is a
totem of dream magic and night vision. Jaguar is
playful and tricksey, something of a practical
joker. Fiercely loyal, territorial, Jaguar tends to
use the illusion of fear and mischief more than
brute violence to defend those lucky enough to
befriend this Spirit Guide. $21
Owl.
Owl is sacred to many goddesses, Athene and Lilith
among them. Creatures of the night, able to see in
total darkness, Owls have gained wisdom and insight
which they may choose to offer their human
partners. Owl is not for morning people. Owl stays
up late at night, hunting out the truth hidden in
darkness. $13
Raven.
Raven is a sacred bird to many goddesses,
particularly the Morrigan and a number of other
Crone/death deities. In the city, Raven may be
represented as any corvid species, Crows and
Grackles among them. Raucous, tribal, and extremely
communicative, these birds are harbingers that many
fear and others revere. $13
Tiger.
Powerful, stealthy, sleekly beautiful, Tiger is a
totem for success. This oil is Oriental, elusive,
sensual and androgynous. $13
Vampyre.
Romantic, yet smelling like the grave, Vampyre may
cause people, even normal or angelic people to bite
you on the neck. $19
Fox.
Of all the Canine species, Fox is most related to
Felines, so there is a hint of Catnip in this
blend. Fox is a great shapeshifter in many
traditions, so the fragrance is tricksy and alert. $13
Hummingbird.
This is a version of a traditional love-attracting
Voudou perfume. It does include synthetic
Frangipani oil, but in general I have attempted to
re-work this formula into something more real and
natural, appropriate to the totem. While this could
be a love-attracting perfume, Hummingbirds are not
monogamous, and after mating females raise their
babies alone. Hummingbird would be an especially
good totem for flower lovers and gardeners. $15
Lion.
Lion is a totem of courage, strength, pride and
royalty. This oil is warm, sunny, expansive, and
very relaxing, because relaxing is something that
Lions do very well. $13
Panther.
Native American wild cat of the west, fierce
predator and widespread traveler. Do you prefer
having a range instead of just one home town? Would
you like cats if they didn't like people so much?
If you like the name Puma, or Mountain Lion, or
Cougar better, just tell me and I will put your
preferred name on the label. Black Panther (Florida
Panther) would be a slightly different formulation.
$17
Snake.
I am trying to do a lot of things with this one.
First I honor the Snake totem, a guide for
transformation, wisdom, knowledge, eternity,
immortality. Then I am paying homage to the old
huckster purveyors of "snake oil" (patent
medicines).
With the long spine and jillions of bones and
vertebra and fluid motion of the snake, it is also
easy to see the Doctrine of Signatures speaking in
this animal, offering itself for relief of aches
and pains of the bones and joints. This oil is not
a perfume. Valerian and Omega-3 fatty acids (vegan
source) are the therapeutic ingredients. $13
Wolf.
Wild and furry, Wolf is a wise and powerful totem
animal. Covering a large territory, the Wolf pack
is emblematic of the family clan. Loyalty,
obedience, and an appreciation for authority are
the Wolf's powers. $13
