Spirit Guide Oils

Natural Magick Spirit Guide oils are made with reverence and research to be pleasing devotional blends for the animals or beings they are named for. I research legend and lore, and try to use oils of plants that represent the guide, what it does and what it smells like. The Natural Magick process of using planetary and elemental influences, correspondence, and high quality ingredients is especially appropriate for invoking the nature of your guide.

Anoint yourself to attune to your totem, or pour into offering bowls or aromatherapy lamps, or anoint statues or fetish objects.

These oils are not made as fakey perfumes with marketable names. Fox really does smell wild and clever, Bear is somber and impressive, Angel is ethereal and bright, Dragon smells like smoke and scales.

Spirit Guide oils are in beautiful round 1/2 ounce bottles, and most are blended in 100% fractionated coconut oil, so with any care they should last a very long time. They are priced according to the ingredients most resembling the guide so named.

Raven oil

Raven, like Crow, is a sacred bird to many goddesses, particularly the Morrigan and a number of other Crone/death deities. In the city, Raven may be represented as any corvid species, Crow and Grackles among them. Raucous, tribal, and extremely communicative, these birds are harbingers that many fear and others revere.

Raven is a guardian of laws and of secrets. To work with Raven is to work with a very wise sort of magick. Raven flies back and forth from the mundane world into the realms of magick and the Dead, so if you follow, you may be led to discovery in these places. Raven prophesies, especially of death, but this talent can be tapped into for other types of knowledge of the future as well as the past.

Because of the Ravenís scavenger nature, and the observation of them picking the flesh off of bones in the battlefield, Ravens have come to be understood to be intimate with Death, and to play the role of Psychopomp, taking the souls of the Dead into the Other World. This is why they are sacred to Morrigan and other War goddesses.

Raven oil and Crow oil are actually the same formula, just different labels for your preference. This potion is made on the Saturday of the Dark Moon.
