Spirit Guide Oils

Natural Magick Spirit Guide oils are made with reverence and research to be pleasing devotional blends for the animals or beings they are named for. I research legend and lore, and try to use oils of plants that represent the guide, what it does and what it smells like. The Natural Magick process of using planetary and elemental influences, correspondence, and high quality ingredients is especially appropriate for invoking the nature of your guide.

Anoint yourself to attune to your totem, or pour into offering bowls or aromatherapy lamps, or anoint statues or fetish objects.

These oils are not made as fakey perfumes with marketable names. Fox really does smell wild and clever, Bear is somber and impressive, Angel is ethereal and bright, Dragon smells like smoke and scales.

Spirit Guide oils are in beautiful round 1/2 ounce bottles, and most are blended in 100% fractionated coconut oil, so with any care they should last a very long time. They are priced according to the ingredients most resembling the guide so named.

Phoenix oil

Ashes as well as the heavenward flight are included in this blend dedicated to the beautiful Phoenix of brilliant plumage.. Phoenix often chooses to be spirit guide for the human who has already gone through a cycle of ruin and resurrection. The Phoenix-guided human who has successfully navigated this pathway has the potential to be a healer and savior to others who face this challenge. In this way the light of the Phoenix is passed along across generations of humans.

The Phoenix is an ancient symbol which goes back to Phoenicia. There is a similar fire and sun bird from ancient Egypt, the Bennu, which very much resembles the Phoenix of Greek mythology. This bird lives for 500 years, and then builds a nest, which is also a funeral pyre, made of myrrh, frankincense and other spices, and burns itself. Then after three days, an egg or baby phoenix arises from the ashes to live again. A phoenix bird in Jewish legends, the Milcham, is much the same, but lives for 1,000 and so it might seem to herald every new millennia.

Phoenix oil is made in two sessions. The funeral pyre ingredients, including freshly-burned wood ashes, are put together at night on the Dark Moon, and the resurrection ingredients are added on the day of New Moon.
